Mental Health Therapist
13+ years of experience in helping clients heal & grow.
Ever since childhood, I’ve been deeply attuned to the mind, body connection. I noticed how certain foods helped me heal, how simply holding my mother’s hand eased pain, and how stress showed up in my skin through rashes that rose and settled with my emotional state. One of the most defining moments was sensing my grandmother’s passing before the news reached me, a quiet intuition that has only strengthened over the last decade through continuous inner work.
This sensitivity has shaped the way I connect with people today, both in my personal life and in my work with clients.
Over the last 13 years, I’ve worked with college students, corporate professionals, VPs,
founders, and CXOs. With 550+ hours of formal training and more than 12,000 hours of
therapy experience, I bring an eclectic, body-based, trauma-informed approach grounded in both intuition and scientific understanding.
My practice blends cognitive exploration with movement-based and
body-led work. At the same time, I rely on curious enquiry and research-backed methods to understand
each client's inner world. Therapy, to me, is not a rigid protocol, it is a collaborative, relational space that
mirrors and reflects the themes, patterns, struggles, and strengths already present in your life.
Some clients prefer structured goals, tools, and regular check-ins; others benefit from an open, exploratory
process where we follow what emerges moment to moment. I tailor my approach to your personality, your pace, and
the deeper layers you’re ready to access, whether we’re working through childhood patterns, relationship
dynamics, trauma, neurodivergence, or shorter-term goals like procrastination and habit formation.
Many clients, especially those who are quiet, guarded, or have felt misunderstood in past therapy, have shared
that they felt truly “seen” for the first time in our conversations. My intention is always to meet you where
you are, with gentleness and depth, and to help you build clarity, resilience, and a more grounded understanding
of yourself.
I invite you to come to sessions with an open mind and a willingness to explore the different parts of you.
Together, we create a space where insight, curiosity, and connection can lead to meaningful change.
I work with a broad range of emotional and relational concerns, including but not limited to:
English, Kannada, Hindi & Turkish
